MOMmobile

The MOMmobile is a mobile medical vehicle providing free regular prenatal, pregnancy testing, family planning, and postpartum care to indigent women in
South Dade. A partnership between the March of Dimes, the Miami-Dade County Health Department, The Children's Trust and the Healthy Start Coalition of Miami-Dade it has been in operation for over 12 years. The MOMmobile serves thousands of pregnant women who otherwise might not seek care or have access to services, thereby delaying necessary medical treatment during pregnancy. The MOMmobile is on a regular schedule visiting four sites during the week. Services are free to clients who qualify; Medicaid and insurance are accepted.

Monday
SW 288 St. US1, next to Tropical supermarket

Tuesday and Thursday
Redondo Elementary School on SW 304 St. and 10 Ave., in Homestead

Wednesday
Jorge Mas Conosa Youth Center 250 SW 114 Ave. Sweetwater

Friday
18255 Homestead Ave (either inside in Family Planning clinic or outside inside the Mommobile)
